為了能夠落實中華文化教育在海外的推廣與交流，致力於文化傳承、中華文化推廣、華語文學教育、華語文教學、社區服務、兒童教育等工作，透過學會的成立，邀請更多人參與，長期投入對於海外華語文教學的推廣與教育活動。
為了實現「推動海外中華文化與教育精神」、「提升海外華語文教育與社區服務」、「積極培養海外華語文教學人才」、「建立企業兼顧社會公益發展責任」、「參與海外華語文教學議題倡導監督與執行」等目標；特發起成立「中華文化教育推廣學會」希冀結合有志之士共同為提升中華文化與海外華語教學之社會公益工作而努力。
Chinese Culture and Language Education Association (CCELA) is established to promote overseas Chinese culture and education, Chinese cultural heritage, community service, and children’s’ education. By establishing this association, we wish to invite more people to attend and contribute to the promotion and education of Chinese culture overseas.
In order to “promote Chinese culture and the spirit of Chinese language education overseas”, “promote overseas Chinese language education and community service”, “cultivate overseas Chinese language educators”, “establish the corporate social responsibility of developing public welfare”, and “attend, conduct, and supervise the overseas Chinese language education events and issues”, we shall establish Chinese Culture and Language Education Association (CCELA). We aim to cooperate with people who have the same spirit to make efforts on promoting Chinese culture and teaching Chinese language overseas.
