Therapeutics \u5247\u70ba\u97d3\u570b\u7d30\u80de\u6cbb\u7642\u767c\u5c55\u4f01\u696d\uff0c\u5c08\u6ce8\u65bc CAR-T \u6280\u8853\u7528\u65bc\u5be6\u9ad4\u7624\u8207\u8840\u6db2\u816b\u7624\u4e4b\u81e8\u5e8a\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u4e26\u6301\u7e8c\u5f37\u5316\u514d\u75ab\u7d30\u80de\u6539\u9020\u8207 CAR \u7d50\u69cb\u8a2d\u8a08\u5e73\u53f0\u3002\u516c\u53f8\u4ee5\u958b\u767c\u5177\u81e8\u5e8a\u53ef\u884c\u6027\u7684\u764c\u75c7\u7d30\u80de\u7642\u6cd5\u70ba\u6838\u5fc3\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u7a4d\u6975\u4f48\u5efa\u81e8\u5e8a\u5408\u4f5c\u6a5f\u69cb\u53ca\u91ab\u9662\u7db2\u7d61\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u672c\u6b21\u5f15\u9032\u53f0\u7063\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u53ef\u671b\u52a0\u901f\u5efa\u7f6e\u97d3\u570b\u672c\u5730 \u70ba\u8fd1\u5e74\u5168\u7403\u764c\u75c7\u514d\u75ab\u6cbb\u7642\u6700\u53d7\u95dc\u6ce8\u4e4b\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u5df2\u6709\u7522\u54c1\u5728\u7279\u5b9a\u8840\u764c\u9818\u57df\u53d6\u5f97\u6838\u51c6\u4e26\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u81e8\u5e8a\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u97d3\u570b\u5e02\u5834\u5df2\u5f15\u9032\u8afe\u83ef\uff08Novartis\uff09Kymriah \u8207\u5409\u5217\u5fb7\uff08Gilead\/Kite\uff09Yescarta \u7b49\u570b\u969b\u4e0a\u5e02\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u4f46\u56e0\u7642\u7a0b\u50f9\u683c\u9ad8\u6602\u3001\u55ae\u6b21\u6cbb\u7642\u8cbb\u7528\u4ecd\u843d\u5728\u5343\u842c\u53f0\u5e63\u5340\u9593\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u81e8\u5e8a\u53ef\u53ca\u6027\u53d7\u9650\u3002\u672c\u571f\u7d30\u80de\u7642\u6cd5\u958b\u767c\u96d6\u9010\u6b65\u5347\u6eab\uff0c\u4f46\u5c1a\u591a\u8655\u65bc\u7814\u767c\u8207\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a55\u4f30\u968e\u6bb5\uff0c\u986f\u793a\u97d3\u570b\u5e02\u5834\u4ecd\u5177\u5c0e\u5165\u5177\u6210\u672c\u6548\u7387\u8207\u5728\u5730\u88fd\u9020\u80fd\u529b \u6280\u8853\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u7a7a\u9593\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u653f\u7b56\u8207\u5e02\u5834\u8b8a\u52d5\u63a8\u52d5\u4e0b\uff0c\u97d3\u570b\u518d\u751f\u91ab\u7642\u8207\u7d30\u80de\u6cbb\u7642\u7522\u696d\u6b63\u5feb\u901f\u6210\u9577\u3002\u6b64\u6b21\u5b87\u8d8a\u751f\u91ab\u8207 CarBio Therapeutics \u7684\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u6709\u671b\u63d0\u5347\u5728\u5730\u88fd\u9020\u8207\u4f9b\u61c9\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u4e3b\u7ba1\u6a5f\u95dc\u6838\u51c6\u8207\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a55\u4f30\u63a8\u9032\u4e0b\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u764c\u75c7\u75c5\u60a3\u53d6\u5f97 CAR-T
