中新網北京7月30日電(蔣鯉)大肆炒作「實驗室泄漏論」的美國，為什麼不先開放調查德特里克堡生物實驗室？德堡為什麼在2019年被神秘關閉？德堡的泄漏是否為導致周邊「電子煙肺炎」泛濫的誘因？美國為什麼既不自查德堡，更拒絕他查？他們操弄病毒溯源問題的背後目的究竟是什麼？
對新冠病毒溯源問題大搞政治化和污名化、甚至大搞脅迫的美國，正在不擇手段地干擾國際溯源研究合作。對於以上這些問題，他們拒絕回答，其實也根本回答不了。
2019年7月，靠近德特里克堡的兩傢養老院出現一種「不明原因的肺炎」。同年9月，德堡所在地馬里蘭州報告該州出現所謂的「電子煙肺炎」。同時間，美國弗吉尼亞州北部、威斯康星州都開始出現「不明原因的呼吸系統疾病」，暴發大規模「電子煙肺炎」……
美國著名大學布朗大學外交事務專傢斯蒂芬•金澤(Stephen Kinzer)近日表示：「對在德特里克堡所發生的一切進行深入調查確實很有意義，但由於保密的原因，這樣做很困難。」「曾有很長一段時間，人們聚集在德特里克堡的門外，對他們毫不知情的項目進行抗議。」
也是在2019年7月，美國軍方突然關閉德堡實驗室。外界猜測德堡可能發生疑似病毒泄漏事件，因為該實驗室曾發生多次安全事故。更可怕的是，實驗室里存有大量極為危險的病毒和細菌。
然而面對質疑，美國政府卻以「國傢安全原因」為由拒絕公布更多信息。德特里克堡，這個緊緊關閉大門一直拒絕「回應」的神秘基地，在受到各國各界質疑的時候，除了沉默，還是沉默。
面對一再反彈的新冠疫情數據，美國卻不斷炒作溯源問題，一而再再而三地施壓世界衛生組織，並甩鍋中國。正如中國外交部發言人趙立堅所言，美國在病毒溯源問題上蠱惑人心、混淆視聽，妄圖將莫須有的罪名扣給中國，是為了轉移視線，掩蓋自身早期病例和疑點重重的生物實驗室真相。

(ECNS)– Here are some questions for the U.S.: why hasn’t the U.S. opened aninvestigation into its Fort Detrick laboratory while it hyping up lab-leakconspiracy theory? What’s the real cause of Fort Detrick’s shut-down in 2019?Was the virus leak from Fort Detrick the cause of vaping-related diseaseoutbreak around Fort Detrick? Why hasn’t the U.S. investigated Fort Detrickitself, or invited a third party to do so? What are the motivations behind theU.S. manipulation of COVID-19 origin tracing?
The U.S., who keepspoliticizing and stigmatizing the COVID-19 origin tracing, and even resortingto coercion, is impeding the global cooperation on the origins study by hook orby crook. They refused to answer the questions mentioned above. In fact, theycould not answer them at all.
InJuly, 2019, respiratory diseases of unknown origin began to appear in northernVirginia, and a large-scale EVALI broke out in Wisconsin. At the end of July, arespiratory disease which could cause pneumonia for unknown reasons appeared intwo nursing homes near Fort Detrick, and in September, Maryland, where FortDetrick is located, reported that the number of patients with EVALI had doubled.
Coincidentally,the Fort Detrick lab was suddenly shut down in July, 2019 by the U.S. on the pretext of “national securityreasons” withoutfurther information released. The safety accident history of the lab and the deadliestsubstances like viruses and bacteria in it make it suspected of virus leak. But themysterious lab has been keeping silent since its closurethough questioned by countries and people worldwide.
“Adeep investigation of everything that happened at Fort Detrick would beinteresting indeed, but difficult for reasons of secrecy,” said StephenKinzer, a foreign affairs expert at Brown University.
“Fora long time, people were coming out, protesting outside the gates of FortDetrick for projects of which we don’t know the nature,” Kinzer added.
The U.S has been hypingup the origin tracing, pressing the WHO again and again and making China ascapegoat regardless of its own grim domestic pandemic situation. Just asChinese Foreign Minister spokesman Zhao Lijian said, the U.S.’ moves to misleadthe public, muddy the water and scapegoat China are only aimed to deflectattention and cover up its domestic early cases and the truth of thesuspicion-shrouded biological laboratories.
