Piglins will trade players valuable but random items if they provide them with Gold in Minecraft. They can be found deep within the Nether.

Players can trade gold ingots to get items from the Nether-roaming Piglin in Minecraft. Piglins function similarly to Villagers, as they can create their own communities and be helpful or dangerous to the player. However, Piglins can only be found when exploring the Minecraft Nether. The Crimson Forest area of the Nether will be the player's best bet of finding Piglins. If players don't yet have access to the Nether, they will need to craft a Nether Portal using Obsidian and a Flint/Steel. This biome is incredibly dangerous, as it's full of violent mobs and pitfalls leading deep into lava. Before setting off in search of trading with Piglins, Minecraft players also need to prepare an offering of Gold.

Before interacting with the Piglin in Minecraft, make sure to equip a piece of Gold Armor. It can be either the helmet, legs, chest, or boots. Just make sure to have at least one on before approaching them, or they can attack. To trade with a Piglin in Minecraft, players will need to throw down a Gold Ingot in front of them. The Piglin will begin to access the Gold Ingot and offer the player an item in return. The item offered is random, and the player can do nothing to alter the odds. Luckily, most of the time these items will be well worth the price of a single Gold Ingot, and each of these items Piglins trade have their own drop rate. Players will need a lot of gold ingots if they want to get every item Piglings trade in Minecraft. The easiest way to earn more Gold Ingots is by mining Gold Ore, as it's relatively common when exploring the deeper parts of caverns. Placing Gold Ore inside a Furnace will smelt it into Gold Ingots.

Minecraft players can use an enchantment table to enchant their best pieces of armor or weapons. Most players will likely wait until they've found enough diamonds from mining to make diamond armor before enchanting any of their armor pieces, so, there's no need to worry about the best enchantments for armor until players are ready to tackle the game's tougher challenges like the Nether or the End Dragon boss. Regardless of when players decide to enchant their gear, there are definitely some enchantments players are going to want to look out for first. The two best enchantments in Minecraft on any piece of equipment, armor or weapon, are Unbreaking and Mending. The Unbreaking enchantment will make armor and tools last much longer before they break. There are 3 levels for the Unbreaking enchantment; Unbreaking I is the weakest/least expensive level of the enchantment while Unbreaking III is the strongest/most expensive level of the enchantment. The other enchantment, Mending, is essential in Minecraft's survival mode. Mending will repair any piece of armor being worn whenever the player gains any XP. This means players can repair any of their gear passively and without an anvil taking their levels upon repair.
