Situation of Global Semiconductor Market and Industry Development in 2017

Abstract — The analysis shows that the global economy is improving in 2017, and the growth of electronic system products market has led to the rapid development of the global semiconductor market. After entering 2018, the world’s leading market research institutes have published statistical data on the size of the global semiconductor market in 2017 and their forecasts for 2018. This paper analyzes in detail the number of global semiconductor products shipped in 2017, the size of the semiconductor market in the major regions of the world in 2017, the product structure of the global semiconductor market in 2017, and the ranking of the top 10 semiconductor manufacturers in 2017.

2017年中國電子信息產業總體情況及發展趨勢

摘要:2017 年,大陸宏觀環境持續好轉,內需企穩回升,全球經濟復蘇,結構調整、轉型升級步伐加快,企業生產經營環境得到明顯改善。電子信息產業做到較快增長,生產與投資增速在工業各行業中保持領先水平,出口形勢明顯好轉,效益質量持續提升。當前,大陸集成電路產業仍處於歷史最佳機遇期,產業結構與矛盾也進入了深度調整與轉折期,產業發展已步入持續上升軌道。

Summary on Development Trend of China’s Electronic Information Industry in 2017

Abstract — In 2017, China’s macro environment continued to improve and domestic demand stabilized and picked up. With the global economic recovery, the pace of structural adjustment, transformation and upgrading has been accelerated, and the production and business environment of enterprises has been significantly improved. The electronic information industry has achieved rapid growth, the growth rate of production and investment has maintained a leading level in all industrial sectors, the export situation has improved significantly, and the efficiency and quality have continued to improve. At present, China’s integrated circuit industry is still in the historical best opportunity period, industrial structure and contradictions have entered a deep adjustment and turning point, industrial development has entered a continuous upward track.

WLAN 產品中低噪聲時鐘產生電路設計技巧

摘要:WLAN 產品中的低噪聲時鐘產生電路主要通過鎖相環(PLL)來做到的,對 PLL 從線性系統角度進行分析與推導,給出一種從實踐中總結出的優化環路參數的方法-噪聲貢獻分析法,通過噪聲貢獻大小有針對性地對 PLL 系統中各模塊的參數進行優化,從而做到低噪聲目標。通過在 TSMC 65 nm 工藝流片和測試,時鐘的 RMS 噪聲小於 5 ps,總功耗小於 6 mA,面積 0.25 mm2,達到行業較好水平。

Design of Low Jitter Clock Generator in WLAN Application

Abstract — Our low jitter clock generator is achieved by PLL in SoC of WLAN application. So this paper discusses the PLL design flow which is based on linear system model and gives a method which optimized the loop parameters by noise contributions. The RSM jitter can achieve 5 ps, the maximum power is 6 mW and area is 0.25 mm2 under TSMC 65 nm .This PLL IP achieved the good results in the industry.

一種低壓差線性穩壓器 LDO 高頻段電源抑制比的測量方法

摘要:隨著便攜式設備和物聯網技術的飛速發展,系統對 LDO(低壓差線性穩壓器)提出了越來越高的要求,不僅要求低功耗、低壓差,而且要求低噪聲和高電源抑制比(PSRR)。在射頻和圖像傳感器的應用領域,PSRR 除了在傳統的音頻領域要有出色的性能,在高頻段的表現也會直接影響到整個系統的性能。介紹一種新的測試方法,可以方便準確地衡量 LDO 在高頻段的電源抑制能力。

Measurement of LDO’s High Frequency PSRR

Abstract — With the rapid growth of portable devices and IoT Technology, higher demand of LDO( low dropout linear regulator) is raised, such as low power consumption, low dropout voltage, especially low noise and high PSRR(power supply rejection ratio). Capable of suppressing traditional audio and higher frequency ripple will influence the system performance. We introduce a new method of measuring the high frequency PSRR of LDO with high accuracy and convenience.

一種高壓大功率集成運算放大器

摘要:基於 Bipolar、JFET 兼容工藝,設計了一款單片高壓大功率集成運算放大器。整體晶片採用 P-JFET 作為輸入級,具有高輸入阻抗、低輸入失調電流和較寬的工作帶寬等優點;採用 BJT作為中間級、輸出級和偏置保護電路,具有較快的轉換速率、較大的輸出功率和較高的可靠性。基於 Cadence Spectre 對整體電路進行了設計、仿真和優化,並完成了版圖的設計和驗證。整體電路在±30 V 供電條件下,具有 3.926μV 的輸入失調電壓、28.67 pA 的輸入偏置電流和 2.65 pA 的輸入失調電流。並且在 8Ω 輕負載下做到 92.2 dB 的電壓增益,5.82 MHz 的單位增益帶寬,可做到 38.5 W 的有效功率輸出。

A High Voltage and High-power Integrated Operational Amplifier

Abstract — The paper designed a single chip high voltage and high power integrated operational amplifier based on Bipolar-JFET compatible process . The whole chip adopts P-JFET as input stage, which has the advantages of high input impedance, low input offset current and wide working bandwidth. Using BJT as intermediate stage, output stage and bias protection circuit. It has faster conversion rate, larger output power and higher reliability.The whole circuit is designed, simulated and optimized based on Cadence spectre, and the layout design and verification is completed in the condition of power supply of ± 30 V, the whole circuit has 3.926 negative voltage, 28.67 pa input bias current and 2.65 pa input offset current. And in 8 Ω under light load to realize the voltage gain of 92.2 dB, 5.82 MHz unit gain bandwidth, which can realize the effective power output of 38.5 W.

超低功耗應用中 Flash 高壓擦除電路的設計

摘要:低功耗系統中嵌入式閃存模塊需要在工作時保持很低的功耗,閃存模塊擦除時需要超過 12 V 高壓,所以對於高壓電路功耗的分析和控制是嵌入式閃存低功耗性能的關鍵。在此介紹了一種低功耗的高壓擦除電路,與常規的電壓擦除電路相比較,可以控制峰值電流到 1 mA 以內,平均工作電流降至 100 μA 以內,使得系統中電池的有效壽命得以延長。

Design on Flash HV Erase Circuit in the Ultra-low Power Consumption Application

Abstract — Embeded-flash IP which integrated in the low power system is required to keep very low power consumption during the operation. Especially the flash erase operation need HV about 12 V. so the analysis and control for the HV circuit design is the key to keep the embeded flash with relatively low power consumption. In this paper, a new low power HV erase circuit is provided. Compared with the regular HV erase circuit, peak current can be reduced to less than 1 mA, and the operation current can be controlled below 100 μA. That could prolong the battery effective lifetime.

LV/HV N-Well BCD[B] 技術(1)的晶片與制程剖面結構

摘要:LV/HV N-Well BCD[B] 技術(1) 能夠做到低壓 5 V 與高壓 100~700 V(或更高)兼容的BCD 工藝。為了便於高低壓 MOS 器件兼容集成,採用源區為硼磷雙擴散形成溝道的具有漂移區的偏置柵結構的 HV LDMOS 器件。改變漂移區的長度,寬度,結深度以及摻雜濃度等可以得到不同的高電壓。採用 MOS 晶片結構設計﹑工藝與製造技術,依該技術得到了晶片制程結構。

Structure of Chip and Process in LV/HV N-Well BCD[B] Method (1)

Abstract — LV/HV N-Well BCD [B] method (1) can realize low voltage 5 V and high voltage 100~700 V (or higher) compatible BCD process. In order to facilitate the compatible integration of high and low voltage MOSFETs, a bias gate HV LDMOSFETs with drift region were fabricated by double diffusion of boron and phosphorus in the source region. Different high voltage can be obtained by changing the length, width, junction depth and doping concentration of the drift region. MOS chip structure design, process and manufacturing technology are adopted, and the chip process structure is obtained based on this technology.

Abstract — In 2017, the IC industry in Shanghai continued to maintain steady growth. On the basis of the existing policies, Shanghai’s integrated circuit industry would further focus on supporting major projects in the field of integrated circuits in Shanghai, independent innovation technology research and development, enterprise training and professional personnel training and introduction. Various integrated circuit funds are also in continuous operation. Based on the statistical data, the basic situation of Shanghai IC industry is analyzed in detail, including industrial scale, industrial status, industrial chain structure, enterprises and employees, industrial investment, economic benefits, technological innovation, and the regional distribution of Shanghai IC industry.

Artificial Intelligence Chips: Past, Present and Future

Abstract — To understand the origins of the AI technology, this paper chronicles how we got here. It also examines the state of AI chips and what they need to make a real impact on our daily lives by enabling advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous cars. Let’s start at the beginning of AI’s history. As artificial intelligence evolved, it led to more specialized technologies, referred to as Machine Learning, which relied on experiential learning rather than programming to make decisions. Machine learning, in turn, laid the foundations for what became deep learning, which involves layering algorithms in an effort to gain a greater understanding of the data.

智能電表中繼電器分流器的改進設計

摘要:在目前的智能電表設計中,一般對火線的電流的采樣和控制,均是採用分流器上焊接繼電器,然後再用螺絲固定在電表上的方法。這種方法雖然簡便易操作,但是由於運輸等問題也易出現松動等情況,從而影響了智能電表的性能。因此採用彈性鋼卡連接並使用電壓檢測的方法,可以解決用螺絲固定帶來的松動問題和其他的性能問題,提高了智能電表的可靠性。

Improvement of Relay and Shunt Design in Smart Meter

Abstract — In the design of smart meter nowadays, Sampling and Control of live wire current is realized by soldering relay to the shunt and fixing it on smart meter with screws. Simple as it is to operate, the loosening in transportation may affect the performance of smart meter. Therefore, elastic steel clips connection with voltage detection may solve the loosening problem of screws and performance issues, and improve the reliability of smart meter.

基於雙調諧高頻放大器的應用

摘要:調諧放大器的調諧回路可以是單調諧回路,也可以是由兩個回路相耦合的雙調諧回路。雙調諧回路諧振放大器廣泛應用於各類無線電發射機的高頻放大級和接收機的高頻與中頻放大級,目的是對高頻小信號進行線性放大。在接收機中,主要用來對微弱的高頻信號進行不失真的放大,在發射機中主要用來放大射頻功率。通過對雙調諧回路諧振放大器的分析和測試,利用變容二極管在不同調諧電壓下具有不同的容量,可以達到選諧的目的,提高了電路的抗干擾性。

Application of Dual Tuned High Frequency Amplifier

Abstract — The tuning circuit of the tuned amplifier can be either a single tuning circuit or a double tuning circuit coupled by two circuits. Dual tuned loop resonant amplifier is widely used in the high frequency amplifier stage of various radio transmitters and the high frequency and intermediate frequency amplifier stage of receivers. The purpose of this amplifier is to amplify the high frequency small signal linearly. In the receiver, it is mainly used to amplify the weak high-frequency signal without distortion. In the transmitter, it is mainly used to amplify the RF power. Through the analysis and test of the resonant amplifier with double tuning circuits, it is found that the capacitance of the varactor diode is different under different tuning voltages, so the purpose of choosing the harmonic can be achieved and the anti-interference ability of the circuit can be improved.

Abstract — With the development of Internet of things, people’s demands for various lifestyles are getting higher and higher. Nowadays, hotels usually use switches to control the lighting curtain directly. The form is old and lacks intelligence. This paper deeply studies the room control system, so that voice control or mobile terminal can be used in the room control system, which improves the intelligence of the hotel.

摘要:為了滿足加固計算機在各種環境下電磁兼容性要求,選擇了多種屏蔽材料做理論分析和實驗比較。得到一種環境適應性較好的復合電磁屏蔽材料,滿足了加固計算機電磁兼容工程設計的需求。通過理論和試驗證明,鋁銀復合材料完全能夠更換現有的屏蔽材料。

Application of Aluminum Silver Composite Shielding Material in Ruggedized Computer

Abstract — In order to meet the electromagnetic compatibility requirements of the ruggedized computer in various environments, a variety of shielding materials are selected for theoretical analysis and experimental comparison. A kind of composite electromagnetic shielding material with good environmental adaptability is obtained, which meets the design requirements of EMC engineering for ruggedized computer. It is proved by theory and experiment that aluminum silver composite material can completely replace existing shielding materials.

摘要:由於配電系統設備的數字化與智能化,大數據應用於傳統電力行業正在發生深刻變化。以智能電網大數據為基礎為用戶提供優化調度、需求響應等服務。在此背景下,論述了大數據在現代智能配電網領域的概念特徵,闡述了幾種典型的智能配電網大數據場景分析,根據智能電網大數據的技術和特點說明了數據分析方法。最後,展望了大數據技術在智能配電網應用帶來的新的機遇與挑戰。

The Research and Analysis of Big Data Application on Distribution Network

Abstract — By the fast development of smart grid and distribution network, big data application on the traditional power industry is undergoing profound changes, which promotes the decentralization, digitalization and intellectualization of distribution system devices, where power users could significantly make use of the information amount of system running state. Through the analysis of big data derived from distribution network, this paper discusses the concept of big data characteristics in modern intelligent distribution network, clarifies data source of distributed network system and illustrates the significance of big data application. Finally, effective big data analysis methods are next employed to demonstrate the special implement of big data technologies in distribution network environment.

火電廠 PLC 的輸煤控制系統的設計

摘要:近年來隨著輸煤系統自動化水平的日益提高,PLC 系統在火電廠輸煤系統中得到了更廣泛的應用。PLC 不僅能完成複雜的繼電器邏輯控制,也能完成智能控制與模擬量控制,極大提高了輸煤系統的智能化與自動化。為此,首先介紹了火電廠輸煤控制系統的特點,隨後重點探討了基於 PLC 的輸煤系統設計,以期進一步提高火電廠的工作效率,盡量減少對工作人員健康的損害。

Design of Coal Conveying Control System of PLC in Thermal Power Plant

Abstract — In recent years, with the increasing automation level of coal conveying system, PLC system has been widely used in coal conveying system of thermal power plant.PLC can not only complete complex relay logic control, but also complete intelligent control and analog control, greatly improving the intellectualization and automation of coal conveying system.Therefore, this paper first introduces the characteristics of coal conveying control system in thermal power plant, and then focuses on the design of coal conveying system based on PLC, in order to further improve the efficiency of thermal power plant and minimize the damage to staff health.

摘要:為說明繼電保護隱藏故障重要性,通過對繼電保護裝置的故障情況進行了分析,闡述了繼電保護隱藏故障的動作機理及其導致的嚴重後果;通過介紹現有的繼電保護隱藏故障的概率模型及風險監測手段,說明了建立完善在線監測方法減少保護裝置隱藏故障發生概率的必要性。

Analysis of Hidden Faults in Relay Protection

Abstract — To illustrate the importance of hidden faults in relay protection, this paper analyzes the fault situation of relay protection, expounds the action mechanism of hidden faults in relay protection and its serious consequences, and illustrates the establishment and improvement of on-line monitoring by introducing the existing probability model and risk monitoring means of hidden faults in relay protection. It is necessary to reduce the probability of hidden failures in protection devices.

摘要:國家及地方政府出台了一系列裝配式建築發展的政策,以預制裝配式方式建造的住宅,迎來了新的發展時期。BIM 技術與信息技術結合,建立三維參數化模型,對預制構件進行預搭、拆分及深化設計,做到了基於 BIM 的建築工程規劃、設計、施工、運行維護的全生命周期管理,推動了裝配式建築工業化發展,促進了住宅產業化與信息工業化的深度融合。

Abstract — The national and local governments have issued a series of policies for the development of prefabricated buildings.The housing built in prefabricated mode has ushered in a new development period .With the combination of BIM technology and information technology, and the three dimensional parametric model is established to preset setting,split and deepen the design of prefabricated components.The whole life cycle management of building engineering planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance based on BIM is realized.It promotes the development of prefabricated buildings industrialization and the deep integration of housing industrialization and information industrialization.

摘要:現代社會的人們生活水平逐漸提升,人們在社會經濟水平不斷升高的背景下,生活需求逐漸增多,需求的種類層次趨於上層,開始追求生活的舒適程度。在這樣的發展背景中,人們對生活中的電器設施的應用需求逐漸上升,電力資源應用也成為人們生活的一部分。為了保證人們在生活中能夠享受優質的電力資源,有關電力行業的各個環節在不斷地完善和發展中,實踐創新新型的保護技術,用以促進電力系統的穩定性,從而有效的為當前社會的發展提供巨大的生產力。根據這一發展目標,將電力系統的機電保護現狀以及發展的路徑進行簡要的分析。

Abstract — People’s living standards in modern society are gradually improving, and living needs are gradually increasing under the background of the rising social and economic level. The types and levels of demand tend to the upper echelons and begin to pursue the comfort of life. In such a development background, people’s demand for the application of electrical facilities in life is gradually rising, and the application of electric power resources has become a part of their lives. In order to ensure that people can enjoy high-quality electric power resources, the various links of the power industry in the continuous improvement and development, practice and innovation of new protection technology, to promote the stability of the power system, effectively for the development of the current society to provide enormous productivity. According to this development goal, this paper makes a brief analysis of the status and development path of the electromechanical protection of power system.

摘要:隨著空管設備日益增加和空管系統日益完善,能夠及時反映設備運行狀態、實時采集設備狀態數據為決策層提供決策支持是一個亟待解決的問題。在現有空管設備監控基礎上,參考了國外同行的先進經驗,提出了一種新的設備集中監控系統。該系統能夠覆蓋全國範圍空管設備,實時采集設備運行狀態數據,海量數據經過處理後為決策層分析決策提供支持。

Study on New Generation of ATC Equipment Centralized Monitoring and Management System

Abstract — With the increasing number of air traffic control equipment and the improvement of air traffic control system, it is an urgent problem to provide decision support for decision-makers by reflecting the operation status of equipment in time and collecting real-time equipment status data. In this paper, a new centralized monitoring system for air traffic control equipment is proposed based on the existing monitoring system for air traffic control equipment and the advanced experience of foreign counterparts. The system can cover air traffic control equipment all over the country, collect real-time running data of equipment, and provide support for decision-making level analysis and decision-making after massive data processing.

Abstract — Semiconductors of III nitride have a wide direct band gap, excellent physical and chemical stability, high saturated electron drift rate, high breakdown field strength and other advantages. It is the most preferred material for developing high frequency, high temperature and high power electronic devices. AlGaN/GaN hetero structures are the most important and basic materials for the development of high temperature, high frequency and high power electronic devices. The GaN industry chain includes the upstream substrate and epitaxial links, the upstream device and module manufacturing links, and the downstream application links.
