「生殖科普」維生素D治療特發性少弱精子症的有效性與安全性研究 健康 第1張

隨著社會工業的不斷發展，男性不育發病率呈上升趨勢。其中高達 60% ～ 75% 的不育找不到病因，只表現為少精子、弱精子或畸形精子症等質量異常，臨床上對於這種特發性少弱精子症沒有確切的治療方法［1-2］。近年來，研究顯示體內維生素 D( vi- tamin D，VD ) 缺乏可以直接或間接地影響精子質量和數量，從而導致男性不育［3-4］。本研究旨在采 用廉價的 VD 治療特發性少弱精子症並評估其有效性與安全性，探索治療男性不育的新方法。
